681 Vodka – Small-Batch Craft Vodka
Rooted in our Brandy-making tradition, 681 Vodka begins with real fruit and the same uncompromising approach to distillation. Distilled twice through a six-plate copper reflux column, it is refined for purity while retaining a subtle fruit-driven softness. The result is a clean, naturally smooth vodka with depth, balance, and a polished finish.
681 Vodka is a spirit that stands on its own- meant to be sipped, mixed, and appreciated.
No artificial flavors or additives - just fruit, time, and traditional distillation.

681 AD marks the establishment of the First Bulgarian Empire under the rule of Khan Asparuh, who united the Bulgar tribes and formed an alliance with local Slavic groups.
The significance of 681 AD comes from the peace treaty signed between the Byzantine Empire and Khan Asparuh, after the Bulgars had settled in the Balkan region south of the Danube River. This event is regarded as the official beginning of Bulgaria as a recognized political entity in medieval Europe.
