Crafted in small batches at our distillery in Monroe, using only NC and SC peaches supporting our local farmers. Every batch of this Peach Brandy begins with 750 pounds of carefully selected fruit, captured at peak ripeness to preserve its natural aroma and vibrant character.

Khan Tervel

This brandy we named after another great ruler, Khan Tervel, the son of Khan Asparuh. He was the only Khan to be honored with the title Caesar. He received this honor after helping to save Constantinople from an Arab siege in 717 AD. This event was a major turning point in both Byzantine and European history. Interesting fact - Tervel Peak in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is named after Tervel of Bulgaria.
