Our Distillery

We are proud to be the first and only craft distillery in Monroe, NC, located right in the heart of downtown. Our 6500-square-foot building has been transformed through countless hours of hard work and dedication. From upfitting the plumbing and electrical, through scraping the floors to updating the walls, we poured ourselves into every detail. One of our favorite features is the tasting bar we personally handcrafted - a centerpiece that reflects the care and craftsmanship behind every small-batch spirit we produce.

Hours: Thursday–Sunday, Noon–5 PM (Saturdays open until 8 PM)

Behind the Scenes: Building Our Distillery

We pride ourselves in making our craft spirits using the old family recipe.

We don’t add anything artificial — just like back in the day. We use fruit from local farmers, and when it comes to figs — we handpick them ourselves.
